Leverkusen, 26 August 2008 - Biofrontera AG announces today that she has signed an agreement with DSE Healthcare Solutions L.L.C., Edison, USA, giving this company the right to market Reliéva(TM) in the United States. This exclusive right covers the product line for the treatment of psoriasis and atopic dermatitis and the brand name Reliéva. Although other indications or uses of the products are excluded from the agreement, DSE Healthcare Solutions obtains a right of negotiation. The investments required for marketing and sales of Reliéva in the USA will be covered in total by DSE Healthcare Solutions. According to the license agreement DSE Healthcare Solutions will purchase Reliéva(TM) from Biofrontera at a price that is already determined and protected from inflation. In addition, DSE Healthcare Solutions will pay royalties to Biofrontera comprising 50% of the profit, but a minimum of 10% of the sales.
