Between July 8, 2008 and September 8, 2008 a total of 693 shares have been subscribed for with the 2003A stock options (FI0009629133) and between July 8, 2008 and September 8, 2008 a total of 5 000 shares have been subscribed for with the 2003C stock options (FI0009649412). As a result of the share subscriptions the share capital of Outokumpu Oyj has increased by EUR 9 678.10.
The increase in share capital has been entered into the Finnish trade register on September 19, 2008 and the subscribed shares will be listed on the Nasdaq OMX Nordic Exchange Helsinki and trading will commence along with the old shares as of September 22, 2008.
