CHANGES IN ELCOTEQ'S OPERATIONS ORGANIZATION AND IN THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Mr. Petteri Laaksomo, member of the Elcoteq Management Team and Senior Vice President of Group Operations and Sourcing, will pursue his career outside Elcoteq as of September 22, 2008. Selection of his successor is on-going.
