INCREASE OF TOTAL NUMBER OF SHARES BASED ON SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH STOCK OPTIONS
The 10 760 new shares subscribed with stock options 2004A and 2004B in September 2008 pursuant to the stock option programme 2004 of Pöyry PLC have been registered in the Trade Register on 3 October 2008. Following these subscriptions, the registered total number of authorised shares increased to 58 813 702. The new shares will be joined to the old shares and will be available for public trading on the main list of the OMX Nordic Exchange in Helsinki on 6 October 2008.
The subscription period for stock options 2004A started on 1 March 2007 and will end on 31 March 2010. A total of 234 128 shares have been subscribed with stock options 2004A by 29 September 2008.
The subscription period for stock options 2004B started on 1 March 2008 and will end on 31 March 2011. A total of 100 728 shares have been subscribed with stock options 2004B by 29 September 2008.
