PÖYRY AWARDED OWNER'S ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT FOR GLOW PHASE 5 COGENERATION EXPANSION PROJECT IN THAILAND
Pöyry has been awarded an Owner's Engineering Services Contract for Glow Phase 5 Cogeneration Expansion Project in Thailand by Glow Energy Public Co., Ltd. The project is an expansion of its existing facilities by installing a combined cycle gas turbine plant having an output of 342 MW net along with 120 t/h of steam. The plant will be constructed at Glow's existing facility in the Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, Rayong province, Thailand.
Pöyry's assignment includes engineering design reviews and site supervision services which include monitoring of construction, erection, commissioning and testing activities. The value of the assignment is about EUR 1.85 million. The duration of the Owner's Engineer Services is 37 months.
