TietoEnator maintains Pass status in the Kempen SNS Socially responsible universe. The SRI (Socially Responsible Investment) universe consists of smaller European companies that meet or exceed the strict ethical, social and environmental performance standards set by Kempen Capital Management. TietoEnator has demonstrated that its Code of Conduct, which applies to all its employees worldwide, is very comprehensive, especially for the software and services sector. The code includes a set of ethical values and business principles relating to social responsibility, environmental care, and business-related elements such as integrity and anti-bribery measures.
Furthermore TietoEnator's Human Resources policy is implemented on a company-wide basis. TietoEnator integrates elements such as training and career development into the Group's HR strategy.
In line with its environmental policy, TietoEnator is taking measures to reduce the company's environmental impact. Among other things TietoEnator has developed its own Green IT Framework.
TietoEnator's Corporate Social Responsibility Framework is aligned with the principles of the UN Global Compact and SA 8000 standards.
