In connection to TietoEnator's second quarter interim report, the company announced its growth plans and ambitions in Russia. As a part of its strategy execution plan, TietoEnator has invited Leonid Bliachov (born 1961) to join TietoEnator as a strategic advisor for Russia and CIS countries.

Bliachov has graduated from University of Leningrad (mathematical economics, operation research), and he also holds an MBA Financial strategy OUBS from London / Munich. During his career Bliachov has worked for IBM East Europe, Documentum, Vignette as well as for Yukos Group - Sibintek Ltd. Previously he has been working as director for Lukoil Technology Services. On top his extensive experience about Russian IT market Bliachov has been working actively with IT companies in Poland, Czech, Ukraine, the Baltic countries, Hungary and Romania.
