Sanoma Corporation has today applied for listing of 2004B stock options on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. as of 3 November 2008.
The total number of 2004B stock options is 1,500,000. Each stock option entitles its holder to subscribe for one (1) Sanoma Corporation share. In the aggregate, 2004B stock options entitle their holders to subscribe for a maximum of 1,500,000 shares. The present share subscription price with 2004B stock options is EUR 20.40 per share. The dividends payable annually shall be deducted from the share subscription price.
The share subscription period for 2004B stock options will commence on 1 November 2008 and end on 30 November 2011.
The terms and conditions of Stock Option Scheme 2004 are available on the Group's website. Stock Option Scheme 2004 was announced on 8 November 2004.
