Subscription for Kesko Corporation B shares with stock options
In October after the last increase in share capital total of 7,000 new Kesko Corporation B shares were subscribed for with the stock options marked with symbol 2003E in Kesko Corporation's 2003 stock option scheme. The corresponding increase in share capital will be entered in the Trade Register on 18 December 2008.
A total of 7,000 new B shares were subscribed for with Kesko Corporation's year 2003 stock options marked with symbol 2003E. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the stock option scheme, the subscription price of the shares with stock options marked with symbol 2003E is €8.99 per share.
The terms and conditions of the year 2003 stock option scheme were published in a stock exchange release on 31 March 2003.
