Mobistar (EBR:BMOBB) Brussels, 14 November 2008 - Mobistar is buying the remaining 10 % of the shares in its Luxembourg subsidiary VOXmobile for 6,675,000 euros from shareholder Biko, an investment company co-founded by Jean-Claude Bintz and Pascal Koster. Jean-Claude Bintz takes the helm at Moskito Productions and continues to act as an advisor to VOXmobile in Luxembourg. Pascal Koster remains active as the CTO (Chief Technical Officer) for Belgium and Luxembourg.
