Hong Kong, May 19, 2009 (ABN Newswire) - Kingsoft Corporation Limited ("Kingsoft" or the "Company")(HKG:3888), China's leading entertainment and applications software developer, distributor and service provider based on market share, announces today that Kingsoft has collaborated with PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited ("PICC P&C", 2328.HK)to offer Kingsoft Internet Security - Computer Insurance Version. With the addition of computer insurance function, user could lodge an insurance claim if software system collapses caused by the invasions of virus or hacker. This is one of the first products in China with both computer security and computer insurance functions.

Kingsoft Internet Security - Computer Insurance Version offers computer security and computer insurance functions to personal users in mainland China. Maximum limit of the indemnity is RMB5,000. Monthly fee of Kingsoft Internet Security - Computer Insurance Version is RMB18. Existing users could upgrade their current Kingsoft Internet Security to Computer Insurance Version by paying an extra of RMB8 per month. To subscribe and activate Kingsoft Internet Security - Computer Insurance Version, users could simply login the official website of Kingsoft Internet Security and then pay and register online.

It is Kingsoft's new initiative in 2009 to combine computer security and computer insurance in a bid to offer one-stop protection for computer hardware and software.
