Adelaide, Dec 3, 2009 (ABN Newswire) - Beach Petroleum Limited (ASX:BPT)(PINK:BEPTF) The drilling report for the week ending 2 December. Highlights of the week's activities include:
Egypt - North Shadwan Concession - Gulf of Suez
NS377-4 (Teen) is scheduled to spud on 4 December. As information that will be obtained through the drilling of Teen is considered commercially sensitive, the Joint Venture will not be releasing further information on the well. Beach has a 20 percent interest in the well and the concession.
Arrowie Basin (South Australia) - Paralana-2 Geothermal Exploration Well
Operations at Paralana-2 have resumed after a week of waiting on roads to dry following heavy rainfalls in the basin. The well bore is being conditioned prior to continuing with the evaluation program (Beach, well Operator, earning 21%).
