Sydney, Dec 9, 2009 (ABN Newswire) - iSOFT Group Limited (ASX:ISF) today announced the launch of iSOFT Aged Care - Enterprise Wide Health (EWH), an integrated management solution for aged and community care organisations.

iSOFT Aged Care is designed to support organisations of any size, including residential, long-term and community care, and retirement living. Enabling the delivery of improved and more efficient health care, the solution includes residential aged care and retirement components that manage care records, billing and financials, eBusiness and reporting requirements.

iSOFT Aged Care is founded on Microsoft's .NET Framework and Microsoft's SQL Server, using security and authentication policies to enable all users to share information, regardless of location, discipline and business unit.

iSOFT Aged care ensures the necessary link to acute and primary care environments, providing the ability to easily exchange patient, financial and reporting information between healthcare providers as well as government bodies and agencies.

Furthermore, it provides more robust security and audit capabilities, data accuracy and backup management, greater flexibility in regard to choice of hardware and facilitates a range of operating technologies, as well as the ability to migrate seamlessly from existing solutions.
