Sydney, June 25, 2010 (ABN Newswire) - Australian mineral exploration company A-Cap Resources Limited (
ASX:ACB) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Korea Resources Corporation (KORES), in relations to the joint development of the Letlhakane uranium project in Botswana.
Under the MOU, KORES will investigate the potential to participate in the development of the Letlhakane project by itself or with the involvement of other Korean companies. A technical team from KORES completed a site visit in early June 2010.
A-Cap says this is a key step for the company, which is currently focusing on the bankable feasibility study at Letlhakane, as it looks towards the future and the development of the project into a producing uranium asset.
