ASX:ISF) today announced the appointment of Ron Series as a new director of the company. This is consistent with the company's commitment to Board renewal.
Ron will join the company as an executive director and will be responsible for overseeing the operational restructure of the company's business as previously announced. Ron will be based in the United Kingdom and will work closely with the executive management team to ensure a well planned and efficiently executed restructure plan.
For the past 20 years, Ron has worked in this capacity with several companies with international operations in transport, logistics, shipping and information technology. Included among them are UK-listed companies such as Davies and Newman plc and Lep Group plc. Most recently, he has been instrumental in the successful restructuring of Nakheel PJSC, the real estate arm of Dubai World.
