Russell Clark (Managing Director) was appointed Managing Director of Grange Resources Limited on 6 March 2008. He was previously the Regional Group Executive of Newmont Asia Pacific providing management oversight of its Australian and New Zealand gold mining operations. Mr. Clark holds a Mining Engineering degree from the Royal School of Mines, London, UK and a Graduate Diploma from the Securities Institute of Australia. Prior to joining Grange, Mr Clark worked for Renison Goldfields for over 18 years and with Newmont (

TSE:NMC) (
ASX:NEM) for 8.5 years. He has over 30 years of mining experience in Africa, Papua New Guinea, the USA and throughout Australia, in technical, project management, general management and executive positions.
He is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a member of the Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a Chartered Engineer, an Associate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate of the Royal School of Mines, London, UK.
