Canberra, Nov 23, 2010 (ABN Newswire) - Electro Optic Systems Holdings Limited (ASX:EOS) (PINK:EOPSF) today announces the launch of its American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program and quotation on the Over-The-Counter (OTC) market in the United States of America.

The primary benefit of establishing the program is to create a broader secondary market for EOS, particularly in the North America, thereby providing better access for American investors to deal in EOS securities and assist liquidity in EOS stock. The ADR's will be tradeable via licensed U.S. brokers in the ordinary course of trading.

EOS has appointed BNY Mellon as its authorised U.S. representative and Depositary Bank to establish and maintain the ADR facility. BNY Mellon is the leading depositary bank, managing substantially more sponsored Depositary Receipt programs than any other depositary bank in the world with Depositary Receipts issued for more than 2,100 programs and companies from 67 countries.
