Sydney, Feb 24, 2011 (ABN Newswire) - Kingsgate Consolidated Limited (ASX:KCN) (PINK:KSKGF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Peter Alexander as an independent non-executive director with effect from 22 February 2011.
Mr Alexander was previously a non-executive director of Dominion Mining Limited, a geologist by profession and was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Dominion until his retirement on 31 January 2008. He was appointed as a non-executive director on 1 February 2008.
Mr Alexander brings to Kingsgate a wealth of experience within the gold industry and, in particular, valuable knowledge of the Dominion operations.
