Sydney, July 26, 2011 (ABN Newswire) - Drillsearch Energy Ltd (ASX:DLS) (PINK:DRLLF) today advises in accordance with Listing Rule 3.16 that, effective Tuesday, 26 July 2011 Ian Bucknell has been appointed to the position of Company Secretary alongside existing Company Secretary Jean Moore.
Mr Bucknell, who will continue in his existing role as Chief Financial Officer, has previously held the position of Company Secretary at Drillsearch.
Drillsearch further advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6, that Ian Bucknell and Jean Moore are the persons responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters.
