ASX:ERJ) is pleased to announce that its first 3rd generation Opcon Powerbox, destined for Horizon Power's Carnarvon power station, has shipped from the factory in Norrköping, Sweden.
The 11m long Opcon Powerbox weighing approximately 36 tonnes was wrapped in a protective cover and loaded on to a low load trailer on Monday. The pictures show the Powerbox being loaded on to the trailer. (Pictures can be viewed at: http://media.abnnewswire.net/media/en/docs/ASX-ERJ-553659.pdf)
Once loaded on the trailer, the Powerbox was transported 310km to the port of Gothenburg via road.
Having arrived in Gothenburg, unit 1 was transferred from the trailer to a MAFI roll trailer in preparation for loading on the ship. The pictures below show the Opcon Powerbox being transferred to the roll trailer. The ship, "Texas", will carry unit 1 to Bremerhaven in Germany where it will be transhipped to another vessel, "Ocean Challenge", for the voyage to Fremantle.
The Ocean Challenge is scheduled to sail on 22nd August and arrive in Fremantle on 1st October.
