Perth, Sep 8, 2011 (ABN Newswire) - Kingsrose Mining Limited (ASX:KRM) are pleased to announce that the installation and commissioning of the SAG mill at the Company's Way Linggo Gold Project, Sumatra, Indonesia, has been successfully completed.
The SAG mill replaces the secondary crushing circuit and removes materials handling bottlenecks associated with the wet- sticky clay component of the ore.
Kingsrose is targeting steady-state production of 45,000 oz pa gold and 500,000 oz p.a. silver.
The plant now has installed grinding capacity that could see capacity increase to 200,000tpa with some minor additional plant modifications. This puts the company in good stead for future production growth as it aggressively explores the new high grade discovery at Talang Santo.
Kingsrose Mining Limited (ASX:KRM) is a specialist high grade, narrow vein underground gold miner. The company operates a gold mine in Indonesia and is evaluating a tailings deposit in Italy. The company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in December 2007.
