Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) Price and Participation

ASX:MNF) is pleased to advise that the subscription price for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) applicable to the final 2015 dividend, is $3.17 per share.
This Subscription price represents a 4.8% discount to the 5 day Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP) ending 11 September 2015.
The company received subscriptions for 8.16M shares from 341 shareholders. This represents participation from 12.2% of the company's issued capital and from 12.5% of the current shareholder base.
