Following the recent spend of $1.7M by Teck Resources (NYSE:TECK), Explor has just started a drilling program to provide the data required to upgrade their current resources from 1M ounces of Gold.
Drilling started yesterday on the property, supervised by President & CEO Chris Dupont, who has many years of experience in the geology of the area.
A synclinal/porphry structure similar to other very large deposits in the area make this an exciting program.
Speaking via Skype on location at the Timmins Camp, Mr Dupont outlines the reasoning behind the drill program and also an overview of the activity of larger companies in the same area.
