Nick Sikiotis
Chief Executive Officer
Zylotech Limited

Dear Nick,

You will no doubt be aware that Deancorp Pty Ltd, MVSS (Multi Vendor Support Services Pty Ltd) and myself personally, are collectively "substantial shareholders" of Zylotech Ltd. Our Current Shareholding totals just over 9%.

MVSS, a company partly owned by IBM, is a 24/7 Third Party Maintainer of high-end sewers and a 2nd & 3rd level Support Partner for IBM. We operate via channel partners through Australia, Asia, Middle East and Europe and our current turnover exceeds $10M.

Like Zylotech, MVSS is also an IBM Delivery Partner and we are committed to explore synergistic opportunities with Zylotech, both in Australia and particularly overseas, to assure mutually beneficial business outcomes. To that end, I would be pleased to discuss this matter with you in the very near future. Unfortunately I am committed to a trade fair in the Middle East whilst your November 2008 AGM is on.

MVSS has been watching developments at Zylotech very closely and we are more than impressed with what we see in the ASX announcements. The business model and direction sit well with us. We believe that the various technology offerings of Zylotech, including the end-to-end security solutions via strong channel partners, show significant promise and should significantly improve Zylotech's market share in this emerging market.

We have a very good understanding of the issues of under-capitalisation with small-cap companies in the technology sector and we are more than happy to pledge our support in future capital raisings by the company.

I conclude by stating, without equivocation, that our interest in Zylotech is long term and we look forward to assisting in any way we can to bolster the financial results of the company for the benefit of all shareholders.

Regards,

Mal Fraser-Clay
Chief Executive Officer

Zylotech, as a key senior addition to its management team, has appointed Mr. Nandan Keerthi, a former IBM Distribution Business Manager as the new Zylotech General Manager - Channel and Business Development to spearhead this new approach of delivering IP based Surveillance solutions to market.

As a consequence, we are proud to announce that, expanding the IBM-Zylotech relationship, IBM Australia Limited (IBM) has now signed a Business Partner Agreement with Zylotech. This Agreement was signed to enable IBM and specifically the IBM Systems and Technology Group (STG) and Zylotech to co-operate at a higher level on selected National Security and Enterprise based projects in the pipeline.

Working together, IBM and Zylotech is now offering organisations a fully integrated solution, combining the strength, experience and security of working with IBM, the industry's leading technology provider with Zylotech's tested and proven surveillance video management Smart G Enterprise Protection(TM) suite of products.

Mr. Keerthi said: "This is a significant Strategic alliance that will enable us to leverage IBM's innovative Server, Storage and Network capabilities and globally offer our mutual clients true 'end-to-end' Networked Video Surveillance Solutions. This would also allow Zylotech's and IBM's Business Partners to offer an additional layer of 'best-of-breed' IP Surveillance services to their existing and new clients".

<![CDATA[ Microsoft Partners With Zylotech Limited (ASX:ZYL) On OEM Basis To Take On Apple's Market ]]> en56832 Y http://www.abnnewswire.net/press/en/56832/ Wed, 10 Sept 2008 11:52:20 GMT
Zylotech's Rainbow product, has received its strongest endorsement yet from 3P Studios, one of Australia's leading multi-media production houses. Underpinned by the Microsoft OEM partnership, Rainbow is now a legitimate substitute to other high-performance media-centre PCs. This enables Zylotech to position itself to capture a significant share in the Graphics, Animation and Post-production Studio market often considered to be a patch held by Apple.

3P Studios www.3Pstudios.com are providing the creative imagery, animation and production force for Australia's leading advertising agencies such as Mojo and Cummins on great campaigns for Telstra, Australia Post, Kmart, Kraft and Cadbury. Their endorsement is a significant feat for the Zylotech R&D team that has admittedly set its aims very high in entering this captive and established market space.
Mr. Marco Palmieri, Animation Director and Head Digital Artist at 3P Studios explains: "As a production house for animation, graphics and photography, we really put our computers through their paces. We are really dazzled with how Rainbow handles our heavy-duty editing software; not forgetting, how exceedingly well it performs with CS3, Adobe's latest and most demanding suite for designers. It's got all the gear we need for managing high-end multi-media jobs. On-board Hi-fi Audio, Dual HDTV Video and the latest connectivity standards support, makes it ideal for editing and managing digital video, audio and imagery".

Mr. Palmieri added: "This is the first Microsoft based computer that we really have to tip our hat to - it's small, packed with performance - and all at about half the cost we would otherwise need to spend on Macs. Its energy efficiency and good looks set it apart from all the others. As a studio work-horse, it's a real winner".

Rainbow comes in several models. The Home-theatre/Graphics and Animation model incorporates an internal 1 Terabyte drive capacity good for up to 200 DVD titles. It replaces a host of devices, gaming/media centre console PCs, Audio/MP3 Pre-amplifiers, DVD player/recorder and Video Editing suites. XP or Vista OS provide full compatibility with applications. On-Board fault-tolerant RAID storage provides a peace of mind and Dual-Screen with 5.1-Surround Sound are standard whilst HD Blu-Ray DiscTM is optional.

Measuring a mere 2.5" x 7.5" profile and featuring fanless CPU cooling, robust 3mm all-aluminum chassis and under-desk mounting, Zylotech's groundbreaking energy-efficiency Rainbow runs at just 20% power consumption of the average equivalent high-performance media-centre PC, featuring critical 'performance over size' and 'performance over power-efficiency' factors set to revolutionise how media-centre and high-end graphics products are designed, built and powered over the next 5 years.

This technological breakthrough elevates Zylotech's capability to international standards. Zylotech can now capitalise on its investment in this technology and achieve its growth strategy by providing its partners with the opportunity to value-add and penetrate a market estimated well in excess of $750M in Australia alone. Our ultimate aim is to make Rainbow the 'product of choice' to major integrators like IBM, NEC and Microsoft.

<![CDATA[ Zylotech Ltd (ASX: ZYL) and Vivotek Inc (TAIEX: 3454) Join as Exclusive Distribution Partners For IT Products ]]> en47585 Y http://www.abnnewswire.net/press/en/47585/ Thu, 31 Jan 2008 10:32:14 GMT
VIVOTEK Inc. (TAIEX: 3454), with over 13.2% total production market share, is one of Asia's rising IP surveillance camera manufacturing megastars, second only to Japan's PANASONIC (27.3%) and well ahead of other well-known brands such as SONY, CANON and AXIS (IMS-ASIA Research CCTV report 2007 edition). Using sophisticated compression technologies, VIVOTEK's innovative hardware R&D has developed a product range sold to over 50 countries through a wide network of distributors and system integrators.

Zylotech, Australia's own world-leading surveillance software and Video Management Systems developer, has been using VIVOTEK's IP cameras as the hardware backbone of its world-class surveillance system. Zylotech has secured important surveillance projects with AFP, QANTAS, VODAFONE, NGA, RMIT, NEC etc. VIVOTEK has recognised these achievements and has now appointed Zylotech as its Exclusive Master Distributor.

Under this new Zylotech/VIVOTEK bilateral distribution agreement, Zylotech will exclusively distribute their COTS products in Australia and NZ. Conversely, needing to complement their products with counter-terrorism capabilities for government agencies and critical infrastructure operators, VIVOTEK has elected to solely distribute Zylotech's award winning Smart-G Enterprise Protection TM suite of software as an integral part of their range in Asia, Europe and the U.S, where Zylotech is not represented. Zylotech will provide the application knowledge and expert training as the support hub for VIVOTEK sub-distributors, resellers and end-users throughout the South Pacific.

The regular recurring revenue streams to be instantly generated from the VIVOTEK branded product distribution, is incremental to Zylotech's predominantly project based business model and will have a major growth impact beyond its 2009/10 revenues. Mr. Eddy Lan, President of VIVOTEK Inc.: "Zylotech has been Vivotek's very first customer. We may have grown exponentially, but we have long memories.

Having worked together with Zylotech in developing our mutual offerings for many years, we have now jointly reached a totally new global stage, based on trust and respect". Mr. Lan added: "We have partnered with Zylotech after a thorough investigation and evaluation of the world's best-of-breed software, simply because Zylotech fully exploits the unique features of our hardware."

Zylotech is extremely proud of this new long-term partnership with VIVOTEK. I want to congratulate the CEO, Nick Sikiotis in securing this bilateral Distributorship. It has come about as a result of his personal long friendship, loyalty and support for VIVOTEK.

<![CDATA[ Mobile VoIP Provider mig33 Announces Over One Million Users ]]> en32902 Y http://www.abnnewswire.net/press/en/32902/ Tue, 29 Aug 2006 12:06:00 GMT mig33, a mobile VOIP service, is delivering more than one million users with cheaper calls and a range of communication tools including chat, SMS and instant messaging.

Depending on the country, users can save up to 95% on their international calls and roaming costs by using mig33 to create a call between any two phones.

The brainchild of experienced online development executives Mei Lin Ng and Steven Goh, formerly of Sanford Ltd, mig33 connects consumers with a java-enabled mobile phone.

The team at mig33 identified, through customer feedback and research, the key to increased take up of VOIP was delivering an easy and convenient way to make mobile phone calls.

Launched in December 2005, the service has attracted more than one million users from more than 200 countries through their mig33 mobile (http://wap.mig33.com) and Internet webpages (http://www.mig33.com).

Co-founder Mei Lin Ng said mig33 had a reputation with members as a simple and valuable service.

"Every day, hundreds of thousands of mig33 users all over the world are reaching out to their friends, family and work colleagues." Ms Ng said.

"But most importantly, mig33 is a mobile community that's connects people from all over the globe, and helps users save on their phone bills.

"Every day, mig33 users are sending several million messages over our mobile Chat and SMS services, and placing tens of thousands of phone calls through our global VOIP network with calls being connected through our infrastructure in Australia, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and the USA.

"Importantly, both members and non-members can connect using mig33."

mig33 is also used as a mobile roaming solution. As part of the service, users can create a call between any two phones. Both phone numbers receive an incoming call, and mig33 connects both of these calls together to form the one phone conversation.

"mig33 has created an online community, linking people from a wide range of places including the United Kingdom, Maldives, South Africa and Bangladesh," Ms Ng added.

Ms Ng said payment for mig33 was simple and provided users with a number of alternatives.

"The pricing and payment model is similar in many ways to a pre-paid mobile phone card.

"Users can pay for the service by credit card. Alternatively, users can purchase credits for the service from mig33 Affiliate partners. We are expanding our Affiliate network to grow partners in more and more countries.

"Affiliates buy credits in bulk and resell these credits in smaller denominations. Credits are usually resold in the form of prepaid vouchers and prepaid cards, locally in an Affiliate's country. This enables the many users who may not have access to credit card and electronic forms of payments, to have access to cheap mobile VOIP using mig33."

The benefit of mig33 is in combining a mobile instant messenger and an inbuilt international calling card. But the difference with mig33 is it is one easy-to-use service customers install on their phone. Customers receive reduced call costs without the inconvenience of having to punch in serial numbers like prepaid mobile phone cards.

About mig33

mig33 is a subsidiary of Project Goth Pty Ltd (Project Goth), a private Australian company established to deliver consumers with cheaper mobile communication alternatives using the internet. Founded in 2003, Project Goth is the creator and service provider of mig33, a massive mobile VOIP community. Project Goth is a privately owned Australian Company founded by Mei Lin Ng and Steven Goh, formerly of Sanford Ltd (www.sanford.com.au). Project Goth continues to progress discussions with interested parties to form partnerships for mig33, including network operators, prepaid card vendors and content providers in varies countries.
