iProperty Group Ltd (ASX:IPP)报告录得历史最高收款额和正数季度现金流

拥有亚洲第一房地产门户网站并提供相关房地产服务的公司iProperty Group Ltd (IPP.AX)今天发布其2015年第一季度报告。iProperty Group报告录得历史最高收款额，近750万澳元，比去年同期增长220万澳元，增幅41%。马来西亚和香港地区的收款较去年同期提高46%, 印尼的收款增长49%。

该集团还录得净运营正现金流40万澳元，整体正数净现金流约10万澳元。

iProperty Group的董事总经理兼首席执行官 Georg Chmiel说："我们对这一季度出现的收款额和现金流的变化极为高兴。我们期望在2015年余下的时间里继续我们的绝好增长轨迹。"

他还说："马来西亚和香港的业务从强盛走向强盛，印尼业务继续扩展其竞争优势。我们最近还完成了对泰国的市场领先网站ThinkOfLiving.com的收购，这带来了一个新兴的、极为活跃的东南亚市场的又一巨大商机。此外，我们的新加坡业务向成为国际项目和项目营销中心的转型也进展顺利。我们在5个国家的业务，已有3个开始盈利。有4万多家中介订阅我们的服务，500多家付费开发商客户。iProperty Group 已将其势力范围扩大到整个东南亚和香港地区以远，占据战略要冲，为下一步增长做足准备。"
