Drillsearch Energy Limited (ASX:DLS) Appoints Jean Moore As Company Secretary

Drillsearch Energy Limited (ASX:DLS) (PINK:DRLLF) is pleased to announce that Jean Moore has been appointed Company Secretary effective immediately. Jean takes over from Ian Bucknell, who has stepped down as Company Secretary to focus on his role as Chief Financial Officer of Drillsearch.

Prior to joining Drillsearch in November 2009 as Assistant Company Secretary, Jean spent 8 years working as a corporate lawyer where she specialised in corporate transactions, company law and corporate governance. Jean studied law at the University of Toronto and has completed the Chartered Secretaries Australia's Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance.

Jean is also the person responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters as required by Listing Rule 12.6
