CWH (ASX:CWH) Announce Name Change And Company Transformation

The directors of CWH (ASX:CWH) are pleased to advise that at the Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 20 January 2011, shareholders approved the change of Company name from China West International Holdings Limited to CWH Resources Limited. This means that CWH has completed its transformation from traditional manufacturing industry into modern mining exploration industry.

Due to this change, the securities of CWH (the "Company") will be suspended from quotation immediately, following shareholder approval under listing rule 11.1.2 to change the Company's activities to mining exploration and development. The company's securities will remain suspended pending its compliance with chapter 1 and 2 of the listing rules in accordance with listing rule 11.1.3.
