Anglo Australian Resources Nl (ASX:AAR) Company Secretary Appointment

Anglo Australian Resources NL (ASX:AAR) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors have confirmed the appointment of Mr Graeme Smith of DW Corporate Pty Ltd as Company Secretary effective from 4th November 2011.

Mr Smith is a qualified accountant with over 20 years' experience in accounting and company administration. He is a Fellow of both the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators.

Mr Smith has held CFO and Company Secretary positions with other Australian mining and mining service companies.

Mr Smith will assume responsibility directly to the Board of Directors for all Secretarial, Accounting, Financial Duties and Reporting tasks.

This appointment follows the resignation of Mr Angus Pilmer as the Company Secretary. Mr Pilmer will, however continue as a non executive Director where his experience and knowledge of the Company's Projects will continue to be available to the Company.
