Ardiden Ltd (ASX:ADV) Share Purchase Plan Update

As a result of a number of shareholders advising Ardiden Ltd (ASX:ADV) that they had not received their Share Purchase Plan (SPP) documentation, Ardiden decided to engage the services of GPS, to proactively contact shareholders and ensure that they had received their SPP offer documentation in time to meet the SPP deadline. The response to the SPP has been very positive to date.

Ardiden seeks to ensure that all shareholders have an equal opportunity to participate in the SPP and shareholders are encouraged to contact Computershare or Ardiden directly, if they still have not received SPP offer documentation.

The Company reminds shareholders that the closing date for the SPP is 5.00pm on Friday, 7 July 2017.
