Cardinal Resources Ltd (ASX:CDV) Final Non-Offering Prospectus for TSX Listing Filed

Cardinal Resources Limited ("Cardinal" or the "Company") (ASX:CDV) (OTCMKTS:CRDNF) is pleased to announce that it has filed a final non-offering prospectus (the "Final Prospectus") with the Ontario Securities Commission (the "OSC") and received a receipt therefore from the OSC.

The Final Prospectus has also been filed with the ASX. Once final listing approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") has been obtained, Cardinal's ordinary shares will begin trading on the TSX under the symbol "CDV".
