NOVONIX Ltd (ASX:GRA) Change of Name to NOVONIX Limited

At the Graphitecorp Limited (ASX:GRA) (FRA:GC3) General Meeting of Shareholders held on 10 July 2017, the resolution to change the name of the Company to NOVONIX Limited was passed.

As a result of the name change, the ASX ticker code will change from GRA to NVX and will be effective from Friday 14 July 2017.
