Topbetta Holdings Ltd (ASX:TBH) Completion of TopBetta and Modern Wagering Systems Deal

Further to the announcement dated 9 October 2017 ("Announcement"), the Board of TopBetta Holdings Limited (ASX:TBH) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of the code base of the Global Tote product ("The Global Tote") from Modern Wagering Systems Pty Ltd ("MWS") on the terms set out in the Announcement.
