Big UN Limited (ASX:BIG) (OTCMKTS:BGGNF) ('BIG' or the Company'), announces the resignation of David Conley and Elissa Lippiatt as Company Secretaries and the appointment of Mr Francis Farmakidis (AGIA ACIS).
