Bathurst Resources Ltd was formed for the purpose of identifying and acquiring projects in the resources sector. Bathurst Resources has acquired the right to earn up to 75% of the Mount Clifford Project, which is situated to the northwest of Leonora in the Eastern Goldfields Province of Western Australia. The Company’s initial exploration will be directed towards exploration of nickel, base metal and gold targets.
