B&B TOOLS AB B&B TOOLS has concluded an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Nillson & Luthman AB. Together with its subsidiary Södertälje Järnaffär AB, Nillson & Luthman is one of the largest suppliers of tools, personal protection equipment, steel, hoses, hydraulics and industrial consumables to the industrial and construction sectors in Södertälje and the surrounding area. Nillson & Luthman has annual revenue of approximately MSEK 105 and 35 employees.

B&B TOOLS AB B&B TOOLS has acquired the remaining 49 percent of the shares in its subsidiary TOOLS Östergötland AB, thereby making the company a wholly owned subsidiary. TOOLS Östergötland - with its subsidiaries Bipart Bygg- och Industripartner, Eneby Järn, Livab and Norrköpings Skeppsfournering - is one of the largest suppliers of industrial consumables to industry in Östergötland. TOOLS Östergötland has annual revenue of approximately MSEK 200 and approximately 70 employees.
