Addtech AB (STO:ADDT) The Board of Directors of Addtech AB has decided to extend the periods during which redemption of personnel options may occur.

The total number of shares in Addtech is 22,732,832, divided into 1,102,470 class A shares and 21,630,362 class B shares.

Addtech AB (STO:ADDT) * Revenue increased 13 percent, to MSEK 2,210 (1,955). * Operating profit increased 9 percent, to MSEK 213 (195). * During the second quarter, revenue rose 10 percent, to MSEK 1,056 (956), while operating profit rose 5 percent, to MSEK 97 (92). * Profit after financial items increased to MSEK 205 (187), and profit after taxes amounted to MSEK 152 (137). * Cash flow from operations totalled MSEK 112 (93). * Earnings per share increased 12 percent, to SEK 6.80 (6.05). For the most recent 12-month period, earnings per share were SEK 13.45 (12.55). * The return on equity was 46 percent, and the equity ratio was 30 percent.

Addtech AB (STO:ADDT) The Annual General Meeting in Addtech AB held 25 August 2008 resolved to cancel 900,000 repurchased class B shares. The cancellation has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket). The total number of shares in Addtech is 22,732,832, divided into 1,102,470 class A shares and 21,630,362 class B shares.

Addtech AB Addtech has on 17 July 2008 repurchased 250,000 of its own class B shares at an average price of SEK 128.50. The total number of shares held in treasury amounts to 1,589,500 class B shares. The total number of shares in Addtech amounts to 23,632,832, and the number of shares outstanding is 22,043,332.

Addtech AB The shareholders of Addtech AB (publ), organisation number 556302-9726, are hereby given notice to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held at 4:00 p.m., Monday, 25 August 2008, at IVA conference centre, Grev Turegatan 16, Stockholm.

Addtech AB * Revenue increased 16 percent, to MSEK 1,154 (999). * Operating profit increased 13 percent, to MSEK 116 (103). * Profit after financial items reached MSEK 111 (100), and profit after taxes amounted to MSEK 82 (75). * Earnings per share increased 9 percent, to SEK 3.65 (3.35). * The return on equity was 45 percent, and the equity ratio was 35 percent. * Four corporation acquisitions with total annual revenue of approximately MSEK 130 were carried out at the beginning of the financial year.
