Neste Oil Oyj (HEL:NES1V) Neste Oil will publish its fourth quarter and full year 2008 results on Thursday, 5 February 2009 at approximately 9 am (EET). The release will be available on the Neste Oil website immediately after publishing.

Neste Oil Oyj (HEL:NES1V) Neste Oil's 2009 Annual General Meeting will be held on 3 April, i.e. a day later than announced earlier. The detailed invitation to the meeting will be published in early February.

Neste Oil Oyj (HEL:NES1V) Mr. Ilkka Salonen, M.Sc. Econ, age 43, has been appointed Neste Oil's new Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Neste Oil Executive Team. He will join Neste Oil on 1 February 2009 at the latest. Ilkka Salonen will take responsibility for corporate control and accounting, treasury, investor relations, corporate IT, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, corporate risk management and Neste Oil business services. He joins Neste Oil from Pohjola Bank, where he currently holds the position of CFO.

The Chairman of Neste Oil's Board of Directors Timo Peltola serves as the Committee's expert member.
