Lappland Goldminers AB (STO:GOLD) The Board of Directors of Lappland Goldminers AB has decided to convene an extraordinary general meeting on January 27, 2009 at 1:00 pm in Lycksele. A proposal for a change on the Board will be presented at the meeting, which is a step in preparing the company for an official stock listing. A group of shareholders representing more than 35 % of the votes and share capital in the Company are the ones behind this proposal.
