Bisnode (STO:BISON) Bisnode has signed an agreement to divest its operations in Key Note Ltd in United Kingdom. Key Note provides commercially relevant industry analysis reports to businesses, libraries and academia. The divestment will provide no capital gain.

Bisnode (STO:BISON) Bisnode's subsidiary Infodata has signed a transitional agreement with the Swedish Tax Agency for handling of the SPAR database (Swedish Coordinated Population and Adress Register). Infodata's earlier agreement with the SPAR Authority is due to expire on 31 December 2008 and has now been renegotiated in a transitional agreement with the Swedish Tax Agency as principal. The new agreement will run for 18 months and is expected to have a continued positive effect on the Group's financial results.

With the acquisition, Bisnode considerably strengthens its market position within digital business and product information services in Europe. The seller is the Italian group Seat Pagine Gialle and the purchase price amounts to approximately EUR 40 million (Enterprise Value).

Bisnode (STO:BISON) Bisnode has signed an agreement with Norwegian Infront to divest News Agency Direkt, the Nordic region's leading financial newswire service with operations in Sweden and Denmark. The decision to divest the news agency, with annual revenue of approximately SEK 40 million and 48 employees, follows a strategic process of focusing on core business of digital business information services in the European market. The divestment will provide no significant capital gains.

Bisnode (STO:BISON) Bisnode has acquired the remaining 40 per cent of G2 Solutions, a specialised supplier of CRM systems, and will integrate the operation into the subsidiary DirektMedia. The acquisition will create scope for cost synergies and add-on sales in two closely related business segments, and will give the new company a stronger position in the Nordic consumer DM market.
