The total value of this contract comes to around 25 million euro.

Imtech N.V. (AMS:IM) Gouda - Imtech (technical services provider in Europe) has been selected by international oil and gas company Repsol-YPF as technology partner for an important part of the technology in a new high-tech cooking plant at the Repsol refinery in Cartagena, Spain. The contract represents a value of over 70 million euro.

The orders were secured by Imtech Marine Group and the total value amounts to almost 40 million euro. The Imtech technology will lead to significant reductions in fuel consumption and environmentally harmful emissions.

These contracts will result in a considerable energy saving and confirm Imtech's strong position in the European market.

The growing number of peacekeeping missions has prompted these navies to invest in the expansion of their fleets. The orders were secured by Imtech Marine & Offshore, part of Imtech Marine Group, and represent a value of some 30 million euro.

Gouda - Imtech (technical services provider in Europe) has announced that it is acquiring the business intelligence specialist Stas GmbH. In 2007, revenue of more than 5 million euro was realised, with a staff of 50. The acquisition will directly contribute to the revenue per share. The management of STAS will remain in place after the acquisition, guaranteeing continuity.
