Simtronics ASA Tinde AS, a company controlled by Mr Kjetil Sivertsen - Managing Director of Water Mist Engineering AS, a daughter company of Simtronics ASA, has today, 1 August 2008, bought 18.000 shares in Simtronics ASA at an average price pr share of NOK 4,63. After the transaction Kjetil Sivertsen, directly or indirectly, controls 286.235 shares in Simtronics ASA.

After these trades, Kjetil Sivertsen controls 286 .235 shares in Simtronics ASA.

Simtronics ASA Simtronics ASA has this week received three orders for delivery of low pressure water mist systems to Buildings. The value of the orders are in excess of NOK 4,7 million and deliveries will take place during Q4 2008 and Q1 2009.
