ASX:WCL) (OTCMKTS:WBRIF) announces a number of changes to the Company's Board following the recent successful takeover by Landbridge Energy Australia Pty Ltd.Mr Cheng Ye, Chairman of the Landbridge Group has replaced Mr Rob Neale as WestSide's Chairman, with Ms Jingxia Liu appointed as Director.
Mr Rob Neale, John Clarke, Tony Gall and Trent Karoll have today resigned as Directors of Westside.
