ASX:SXG) is pleased to advise that Mr David Sproule has assumed the position as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.Mr Sproule was appointed executive director on 8 September 2014 to focus on bringing the Company's projects into production over the next 12 month commencing with the Manuka Silver and Mt Boppy Mines.
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.16.4 the Company advise the following material terms of Mr Sproule's employment agreement:
- Total gross remuneration package of $240,000 per annum plus statutory applicable superannuation
- No fixed period
- The Company may terminate his employment by notice of not less than 3 months or payment in lieu thereof.
