Camposol Declines To Acquire Assets In ICA

Camposol Holding Plc. (OSL:CSOL) Camposol has after a due diligence review decided not to place an offer under the letter of intent dated April 29, 2008 for the acquisition of assets in the ICA region.

The company will continue to evaluate further acquisitions of assets and companies, and will maintain a strict commitment to its shareholders and to its growth strategy.

The letter of intent to acquire assets in the ICA region was previously announced on April 30, 2008.
