Schibsted (OSL:SCH) Schibsted ASA has on 20 August 2008 through a trader bought 73,000 shares in its own company at a price of NOK 136.961 per share. Schibsted ASA now owns 4,644,286 own shares.

The shares are bought in accordance with a decision at the company's Annual General Meeting on 8 May 2008 that provided the company with the authority to increase number of own shares to 6,925,000 within a period of 12 months.
