Schibsted (OSL:SCH) Schibsted ASA has on 22 August 2008 through a trader bought 30,000 shares in its own company at a price of NOK 140.8741 per share. Schibsted ASA now owns 4,718,286 own shares.

The shares are bought in accordance with a decision at the company's Annual General Meeting on 8 May 2008 that provided the company with the authority to increase number of own shares to 6,925,000 within a period of 12 months.
