EB, ELEKTROBIT CORPORATION, JUHA HULKKO ELECTED AS THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

The Board of Directors of EB has elected M.Sc Juha Hulkko as the new Chairman of the Board.

Jukka Harju, Seppo Laine, Staffan Simberg and Erkki Veikkolainen will continue to serve as EB Board members.

EB announced in its stock exchange release on November 18th 2008 that J.T. Bergqvist has resigned from the chairmanship and membership of the Board of EB.

Further the Board of Directors of EB has decided to establish three committees to prepare matters falling within the competence of the Board. The committees are audit and financial committee (Chairman Seppo Laine) and committees for Automotive (Chairman Jukka Harju) and Wireless (Chairman Erkki Veikkolainen) segments.
