Songa Offshore SE (OSL:SONG) Fleet Update

Songa Offshore SE (OSL:SONG) Songa Venus has achieved operating efficiency of 95% in December. The rig is still operating for Santos, currently expected to continue until 7 January, at which time the rig will transfer to the ADA consortium contract, still in Australia.

Songa Mercur has achieved operating efficiency of 86% in December. The rig underwent a planned DNV / UWILD inspections in Dampier from 29 November until 4 December, this time comes in addition to the implicit offhire in the previous sentence.

Songa Saturn has achieved operating efficiency of 100% in December. The rig is still operating for Hess in Libya, and this is expected to continue until 11 January, at which time the rig will transfer to the Nippon led consortium contract, still in Libya.

Deepsea Delta has achieved operating efficiency of 100% in December.

Songa Dee and Deepsea Trym, which are currently bareboated out, have operated as normal during the month.
