Perth, Feb 15, 2008 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Central Petroleum Limited (ASX: CTP)("Central") is pleased to announce the securing of further services of various contractors and suppliers for its forthcoming 2008 exploration programme.

- R and M Dehne will construct access roads and site works for the drilling of the Blamore and Simpson oil wells in the Pedirka Basin.

- Marubeni-Itochu has emerged as the winning bidder on casing for the Blamore and Simpson oil wells.

- Patrick Homes Drilling will drill and case water bores for the access road construction for the drilling of the Blamore and Simpson oil wells.

- Underdale Drilling will drill and case water bores for the supply of drilling water and will set 20" surface conductor pipe at the Blamore and Simpson oil wells and the Ooraminna and Mt Kitty gas-Helium-condensate wells.
