Letter from the Chairman of the Board

London, June 20, 2012 AEST (ABN Newswire) - To Our Valued Shareholders, when asked to become Chairman of Millhouse, Inc. PLC and Chair of the European Advisory Board, I was very glad to accept.

I have known the Founder, David Millhouse, for many years. I respect his strategic judgement and his ability to create value. He knows how to leverage his business acumen and financial skills, understanding the situation and the development of the political and economic situations in various countries and regions of the world.

The role of Chairman is a very responsible one, and Corporate Governance is most important for me. I am delighted therefore to approve the appointment of Mr Harry Charlton as Managing Director with specific ongoing responsibility for governance.

I have spent much of my life at very senior levels in major Corporations in many countries. The future will be very different and the evolution rapid.

Recognising great opportunities, and creating value for shareholders, will be a result of deep insights into the future workings of the world economies. I believe this is one of the key strengths of Millhouse, Inc. PLC and one of the reasons I accepted the Chairmanship.

My role as Chairman will be to balance the entrepreneurial qualities of strategic insight and investment opportunities, with sound corporate governance practices in a listed public company environment, as the company conducts its acquisitions program.

Philippe Paillart
Chairman
Millhouse, Inc. PLC
